Jen Thomas

Jen Thomas has diverse experience in the hospitality and trading sectors. Currently serving as a Trading Assistant at ED&F Man since July 2017, Jen previously held the role of Supervisor at Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd from June 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities included food and wine service, waitressing, bartending, staff training, and coordinating Christmas events. Additionally, Jen worked as an Assistant Manager at Valentina Fine Foods from May 2010 to January 2016. Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Religion, and Ethics from the University of Essex, completed between 2012 and 2015.
