Chuck Kellen

Chuck Kellen currently serves as Associate Director of Continuous Improvement at EDF Renewables North America, having previously held positions as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior experience includes over 14 years at STIHL USA, where Chuck Kellen led the rollout of Lean Six Sigma methods and managed a team of Black Belts, in addition to overseeing process engineering for multiple manufacturing lines. Earlier career experiences include roles at Northrop Grumman, where Chuck Kellen worked as Engineer II, and NASA Langley Research Center as a Research Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Thomas Nelson Community College.
