Devon Muto

Devon Muto is an experienced professional in the field of development and environmental planning, currently serving as Vice President of Development for the West Region at EDF Renewables North America since November 2018. Prior to this role, Devon held the position of Director of Solar Development at the same company. Devon’s extensive background includes a tenure as Vice President and San Diego Branch Lead for the Environment & Planning Division at ICF International. Devon also contributed to the County of San Diego in various capacities, including Chief of Advance Planning, Planning Manager, and Planner III. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at PBS&J and as an Environmental Planner at Lettieri-McIntyre and Associates. Devon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
