Jack Lech

Jack Lech is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and client support. Currently serving as a Control Center Operator I at EDF Renewables North America since July 2024, Jack previously held multiple roles at Applied Statistics & Management Inc., including Implementation Manager and Implementation Support Specialist, where responsibilities included tailoring software implementation to client needs. Earlier, Jack worked as an Application Analyst, managing ticket queues and providing client support. Jack's career began at Apple, where roles included Lead Genius, overseeing a team of 20 while focusing on customer satisfaction. Jack holds a Python Programming Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies and attended Mt. San Jacinto College from 2012 to 2015.
