Michael Bether

Michael Bether is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and military operations. As a Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager at EDF Renewables North America from February 2022 to April 2024, Michael contributed to significant projects within the renewable energy sector. Prior to this role, Michael served in the US Navy for over 21 years, culminating as the Intelligence Plans and Exercises Department Head for the US Third Fleet, where responsibilities included developing departmental requirements and managing multi-year planning cycles for exercises. Michael's military background also includes roles such as Military Intelligence Officer and Assistant Chief of Staff for Carrier Strike Group Nine, overseeing operations for approximately 190 personnel. Earlier career experience includes positions at HARMON INDUSTRIES INC as a Buyer/Inventory Controller and at Harlan Global Manufacturing as a Production Planner.
