Philippe Riveron

Philippe Riveron has a long history of experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) industry. Philippe began their career in 1996 as Director of Customer Service Operations at Atos. In 1998, they moved to KERTEL as Head of Customer Experience, where they grew the department from one employee to 400. In 2001, Riveron co-founded Tutor, a consulting and training firm dedicated to Telco and customer experience, and served as Chief Operating Officer. In 2004, they founded Learning Tribes, an international learning and development organization, and served as CEO. In 2017, they became the CEO of TSC, and in 2018, they assumed the role of Chief Ventures Officer at Sitel. Most recently, in 2016, Riveron became Chairman & Global Alliances / Co-Founder of Edflex, an organization disrupting the L&D industry.

Philippe Riveron has a Master's degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, which they obtained in 1996. Philippe also holds a Master's degree in Marketing & International Business from LIBS (Lincoln International Business School), which they obtained in 1996. In addition, Philippe has obtained a number of certifications, including "Becoming a Successful Mentor" from Edflex in November 2022, a Verified Certificate for "Using Your Superpower: Memory - Speed Reading - Concentration" from Edflex in May 2022, and a Verified Certificate for Leaders of Learning from HarvardX - Harvard University through edX in January 2021.
