Raphaël Droissart

Raphaël Droissart has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they began as a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer at Alstom. In 2015, they moved to Learning Tribes - Acticall Group, where they took on the role of Business Developer - Greater China. In 2016, they started at Sitel Group, where they were the CTO (Learning Tribes Digital Learning Solutions). Raphaël's role included managing a team of 20+ people across 4 countries. Additionally, in 2016, they became Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder & Chief Client Officer, and Co-Founder & Advisor at Edflex.

Raphaël Droissart has a diverse educational background. Raphaël obtained a High School Science Diploma from Lycée Fenelon in 2007-2009. Raphaël then attended Institute of Technology - Rouen, where they earned a 2 Years Technical Degree in Physics & Metrology from 2010-2012. Raphaël then went on to UTBM, where they earned a Master of Engineering - MEng in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from 2012-2014. In 2014, they attended Shanghai University and completed an Engineering and China's business Program at UTSEUS, with a focus on Industry, Engineering, Reliability, Project Management, Big data, Business, Sourcing, and Mandarin. Raphaël then returned to Shanghai University in 2015 and completed a Business and Entreprenership program, with a focus on Mandarin, Innovation, Data science, Project Management, and Chinese culture.
