John Richards

John Richards is an experienced professional with a background in healthcare innovation and quality improvement. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Edge since October 2021, John has also held multiple roles at Gundersen Health System since August 2013, including Innovation Operations Partner and Quality Improvement Specialist, focusing on healthcare innovation, project management, and strategic development. Previous experience includes serving as a beta tester at Ring and leading the Quality Improvement Team at Biolife Plasma Services. Educational credentials include a Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a Biomedical Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
