Solveiga Grisle

Solveiga Grisle, FCCA, is an executive finance professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily focusing on change management, digitalisation, and the restructuring of companies. As a Group CFO and co-owner at GRIND FIBERS OÜ, they facilitated significant growth, increasing turnover from 3 to 20 million EUR in three years. Currently serving as the Financial Director for Edge Autonomy’s Riga unit, Solveiga has held various roles in numerous startups and established companies, including serving as both COO and CFO at INCH2 and as CFO for the Italian luxury brand Malo. They began their career with EY as a Senior Manager and later took on leadership roles within the Rimi Baltic Group and Modern Times Group MTG AB, demonstrating expertise in finance, operations, and M&A. Solveiga holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Social Sciences and membership from ACCA.
