SOLVITA Š.

SOLVITA Š. has a diverse work experience in various HR and managerial roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Manager at Rīga Plaza "Fantasy Park Latvia", where they assisted in the opening and creation of the recreation center. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Manager at Apranga Group, overseeing the opening of the first "Armani Jeans" Latvian store and managing staff recruitment and selection. SOLVITA then joined Riga International Airport in 2017 for an internship and work experience. From 2017 to 2020, SOLVITA Š. worked at Three L Technologies as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and HR administration. Most recently, they joined Edge Autonomy in 2020 as an HR professional, where they are involved in policy implementation, training planning, and employee performance reviews.

Solvita Š. completed a Bachelor's Degree of Social Sciences in Communications Studies at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Communications Studies from 2000 to 2006. In 2005, they also attended UHI Perth. In 2014, Solvita attended Birutas Mageles stylist school, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.

From 2016 to 2018, Solvita pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at RISEBA University, specializing in the Personnel Management master's study program "Human Resource Management."
