With over two decades of experience in various leadership roles, Heide has previously held positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Hospitality Officer, Executive Vice President - Hospitality, and Chief of Staff at Edge Communications. Prior to that, Heide was a Co-Owner at Casa Morada, VP of Operations at Visual Radio, and worked in Executive Administration at Morgans Hotel Group.
