Chris McCann

Chris McCann is a recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held key roles across agency, RPO, and in-house settings. They are currently the founder of SOLIS Academy, where they transform hiring practices by providing effective training and recruitment solutions. Previously, Chris served as managing director for Hydrogen Group, overseeing a large team and significant revenues in the EMEA region. Their career also includes positions at Michael Page, Working Links, and Argyll Scott, where they demonstrated a commitment to building and leading high-performing teams. Chris obtained their degree from Leeds Metropolitan University.
