Ivan Turasov

Ivan Turasov has a solid background in embedded software engineering and solutions engineering. Ivan started their career as an Embedded Software Engineer at The Things Industries in 2019 and worked there until 2020. Ivan then joined Huawei as a Cyber Security & Privacy Intern for six months. After that, they returned to The Things Industries in 2021 as a Sales Engineer and worked there until early 2023. Ivan then moved on to Sercomm as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in developing the production firmware of a high-end consumer GPON router and optimizing the build systems. Currently, they are working as a Solutions Engineer at Edge Impulse, utilizing their skills in both embedded software engineering and sales.

Ivan Turasov pursued their education in a methodical manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Ivan dedicated four years, from 2016 to 2020, to this undergraduate program.

Seeking further knowledge and expertise, Ivan decided to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Embedded Systems. For this, they enrolled at Eindhoven University of Technology in 2021. Ivan's postgraduate studies are scheduled to conclude in 2023.
