Raul James

Raul James has been working in the software engineering field since 2013. Raul began as an Internship: Embedded Software Engineer at Geninno B.V. in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Geninno B.V. and also worked on their Master's Graduation Project at SolarSwing. At SolarSwing, they were an Embedded Software Engineer and provided software consulting, maintained software repositories, and advocated for Test-Driven Development. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at HappyCoins - Digital Currency Services B.V. and as an Embedded Software Engineer / Research Consultant at Route42. Raul also worked as an Embedded Software Engineer / Consultant at SolarSwing and at Sphericam. In 2017, they were an Embeded Systems Engineer / Consultant at Audioprof NV - Apart Audio. Currently, they are a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Edge Impulse.

Raul James began their education in 1998 at Milton Peters College, where they obtained a HAVO degree in Science, Technology and Health. Raul then attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Finally, Raul James attended Delft University of Technology from 2012 to 2018 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Embedded Systems. Additionally, Raul James holds certifications in VCA - Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers (obtained in May 2008), CCNA1 Cisco, and Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment/ MCP70-290.
