Aaron Kelly

Aaron Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the legal field. Aaron is currently working as the General Counsel for Edge & Node since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal at Zellic from September 2022 to November 2022. Aaron was also a Member - LEETH Certified at LexDAO - The Decentralized Legal Guild from May 2022 to November 2022. Before joining these companies, they co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of Snapterms from January 2010 to July 2015. Aaron has also held positions such as General Counsel at Online Legal Group, Inc. from October 2010 to December 2016, and General Counsel at ABP Tactical from July 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, they worked as the Managing Partner at KW Law from February 2012 to January 2018. During their tenure at ShipChain from March 2017 to December 2020, Aaron served as the General Counsel - CCO, where they drafted and negotiated commercial agreements, managed compliance programs, and developed and implemented various strategies. Furthermore, they have been an Advisory Board Member at Nusound Hearing Foundation from February 2021 to September 2022.

From 1999 to 2003, Aaron Kelly attended Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at Michigan State University College of Law from 2003 to 2006, completing a Doctor of Law degree (JD). Therefore, Aaron Kelly has a background in Economics with a Bachelor's degree and obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
