Noelle Becker Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Noelle is currently the Director of Marketing & Ecosystem Growth at Edge & Node. In this role, they are responsible for spearheading innovative marketing strategies in the web3 space and managing communications, social media, events, and public relations for three different companies. Noelle has also pioneered decentralized marketing approaches by implementing a groundbreaking hub and spoke system.
Prior to their current role, Noelle served as the Marketing Lead at Edge & Node, where they managed a high-performing marketing team and led the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. Noelle also played a key role in the creation and implementation of the House of Web3, contributing to its successful launch.
Before joining Edge & Node, Noelle was the Owner + Principal Designer at Noelle Becker Studio, an interior design business. Noelle leveraged innovative strategies to contribute to the scaling of the Airbnb Plus program and implemented a unique pret-a-porter design approach that ensured efficient completion of projects within a 30-day timeframe.
Noelle also has experience as a Creative Director at ZeroDown, where they served as an on-air personality and content creator for HouseTube, the media channel of ZeroDown real estate company. Noelle successfully managed YouTube, Instagram, and IGTV platforms and attracted a large audience to the channel.
Before their work at ZeroDown, Noelle was a Senior Operations Project Manager at Airbnb. In this role, they oversaw global alignment and initiatives for Airbnb Plus Interior Designers and successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by transitioning the team to a fully online operation. Noelle created and executed strategic workflows and operational processes that enhanced the host experience.
Noelle's earlier work experience includes being a Co-Owner of Chulamama Maternity & Baby, where they successfully ran brick-and-mortar stores and an online retail platform. Noelle was recognized as an industry leader for integrating small businesses on Amazon's platform and building a highly regarded private label brand.
Noelle also worked as a Corporate Sales Executive at FedEx, where they consistently exceeded goals and built a strong customer base through strategic sales techniques and relationship building. In addition, Noelle served as a Marketing Manager at Marriott, where they developed and implemented effective marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence. Noelle played a pivotal role in building and executing comprehensive marketing programs.
Noelle's first work experience was as a Model/Actress, where they collaborated with various clients and professionals in print, promotional, commercial, and runway modeling projects. Noelle showcased professionalism, adaptability, and a strong work ethic throughout their modeling career.
Noelle Becker Moreno attended Absegami High School and completed a college prep program. Noelle then went on to study Communications at La Salle University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In addition to their formal education, Noelle obtained a certification in Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies from the University of California, Berkeley in October 2021.
