EdgePM has provided professional Project Management services to the Property Industry since 2007. The Company has delivered project throughout Australia to the value of over $700M in the retail, commercial office and industrial sectors.

We employ a team of Project Managers in its Brisbane Office that are specifically assigned to Clients and projects to suit their skill set and experience.

As a medium size Consultancy we boast a Client base to match that of any project management organisation Australia wide. Why? Because we rely on repeat business and word of mouth and that requires 100% commitment to your project and that sets us apart from our competitors.

Unlike larger multi-national project management firms that provide PM services as an add-on to their main core business of property sales / management / leasing, Project Management is our business.

Clients such as Brisbane Airport Corporation, Woolworths, Investa Property Group, Suncorp Bank and Coles Ltd and Mirvac Real Estate are among our repeat Clients. This can only be sustained through hard work, commitment and the dedication of our Project Management Team.

We structure our workload and resources to ensure that the assigned personnel have sufficient time and resources to meet the project demands and just as importantly allocate staff to suit a particular Client style and delivery approach.

The key quality of the team at edge Project Management is the level of commitment each team member gives to the project. We are not a large organisation where service can often come second to profit.

EdgePM has grown its business and reputation on the mandate that every staff member is accountable to deliver the highest level of service to our Clients regardless of fee structure, project complexity or size.
