At Edge Pursuit, we strive to be your strategic business partner by delivering solutions that foster growth and support your vision. Whether you entrust us with a special project or any part of your finance or accounting function, we guarantee our personal attention and commitment to helping you realize your goal.

Our value proposition:
• Seasoned professionals and trained staff
• Staffing flexibility
• Sense of urgency and quick response and turnaround times
• Competitive value pricing

Scalable Operational Accounting for Startups and Growth Stage Companies:
With our team of talented professionals, we are able to offer comprehensive interim and long-term solutions for your accounting and back office needs. We can assume the full-scope day-to-day operations, take on an oversight/advisory role or supplement your internal team - whatever your needs are, we can provide the resources to execute on your behalf.

Technical Accounting Support:
Ad hoc business transactions or developments may involve complex accounting treatment and require the dedicated attention of seasoned professionals. Some examples include new revenue and lease accounting standards, equity financing, stock modification, etc. We assist in the analysis and help "make sense" of technical accounting issues by developing detailed white papers while working with your external auditors to ensure alignment.

SEC Reporting, incl. S-1 Support:
Managing the SEC reporting process can require substantial effort. Busy times, however, are generally concentrated in predictable cyclical intervals. This may not justify full-time resources, especially for smaller companies. Furthermore, navigating SEC rules and staying abreast of ongoing developments can be a daunting task. Our services include:
• Preparation and review of Forms 10-Q/K, incl. tie-out and disclosure checklist
• Reporting calendar management and coordination of review process with key stakeholders
• S-1 MD&A and F-pages drafting and support
