Marshall Stone

Marshall Stone has worked in the IT field since 1983. Marshall began their career as a Network Systems Programmer at Electronic Data Systems in 1983. Marshall then moved to California Federal Bank in 1986, Aurora Life (Executive Life) in 1989, Rite-Aid/Payless/Thrifty Drugs in 1991, and IBM Global Services in 1993. At IBM Global Services, they served as an IBM IT Architect Specialist Mainframe, and was the team leader for the z/OS Communications Server support team and North American Focal point for all new IBM outsourced mainframe network customers. In 2008, they moved to AT&T, where they held the roles of Strategic Account Technical Support, Sr. Principle Technical Support, and Sr. Mainframe Technical Support. In 2016, they moved to MetLife, where they were a Mainframe System Programmer - Lead Engineer. In 2019, they moved to Sirius Computer Solutions, where they were a Mainframe System Engineer. In 2021, they moved to AT&T Corporation, where they were a Sr. Mainframe System Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Edge Solutions & Consulting Inc., where they are a Mainframe System Programmer.

Marshall Stone attended California State University-Sacramento from 1981 to 1983, studying Chemistry and Management Information Systems. In 2007-2008, they received a Certification from The Open Group - International as an IT Specialist Architect. Marshall also holds a Master Certified IT Specialist Certification from Open Group International.
