With extensive experience in real estate and asset management, Milladina has held senior roles at companies such as Tishman Speyer and Hines Immobilien GmbH, where they managed significant real estate portfolios and were key points of contact for investors. Milladina began their career with internships in strategic consulting and marketing, later earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and a Diplom in Economics from the University of Cologne.
