John Palmer

John Palmer has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Edge Total Intelligence since June 2018, where previous roles included Vice President of Customer Success and Managing Director of Customer Success. Prior to Edge Total Intelligence, John held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting from April 2011 to November 2017 and served as Program Manager at Cyient from January 2003 to April 2011. Additional experience includes multiple senior account management roles at companies such as Amdocs, Neustar, Compuware, INTERSOLV, and International Computer Networks. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
