Cristopher Betances has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. In 2015, they worked as an IT Technician during an internship where they built and configured desktops, installed network printers, provided user support, and installed network equipment. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Certified Tech at Staples, engaging customers and creating a positive buying environment. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at CPJ Financial Group as an IT Support Specialist, troubleshooting PC workstations, resolving user issues with network and peripherals connectivity, and performing hardware and software installations and upgrades. In 2020, they joined Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. as an Information Technology Technician, responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting network operating systems, resolving complex workstation issues, and installing and upgrading software and operating systems. Additionally, in 2020, they worked at Edge Webware and U! Creative as a Frontend Developer and System Admin, developing WordPress sites and working on servers and hypervisors.

Cristopher Betances has a High School Diploma in Computer technology and information systems from Queens Technical High School, which they obtained in 2016. Cristopher also has a degree in Computer Science from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY), which they completed in 2018. In addition to their education, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification in March 2015 from Queens Technical High School.
