Josh Rose

Josh Rose began their work experience in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Proven Software Solutions, where they took on multiple responsibilities including software development, deployment, configuration management, automation, and team lead. Josh worked primarily on web applications and software integration tasks until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at SPARGO, Inc., where they worked with ExtJS in a single-page application and supported a WCF API as a back-end for customer-facing websites. Josh also advised and implemented user experience improvements. Josh then transitioned to the role of Software Development Team Lead, leading a team of 6 developers to support and improve an enterprise solution for the events industry. Josh managed priorities, provided mentoring and support to team members, and reported project status to project management staff.

In 2019, Josh Rose joined Rividium Inc as a Software Engineer, where they worked as part of a small team to develop a new domain registrar application using .NET Core, Entity Framework Code First, and Razor Pages. Josh created and maintained a NUnit unit testing framework. Josh'srole at Rividium Inc ended in February 2020.

Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Edge360, starting in February 2020.

Josh Rose attended ECPI College of Technology from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Programming. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications throughout their education. In February 2013, they received the Security+ ce certification from CompTIA. Then, in March 2014, they obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate: Web Development Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Later that year, in September 2014, they earned the Microsoft Specialist: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist certification, also from Microsoft. Josh'smost recent certification is the Certified Scrum Master, which they obtained in June 2016; however, the institution that granted this certification is not specified.
