Masoud Bashari

Masoud Bashari, PhD, PEng, PMP, is a Program Manager at Edgecom Energy, specializing in AI and Power Systems to modernize grid operations. They have a strong background in data science, having served as a Data Scientist at IEMS Solution, where they performed exploratory data analysis and developed deep neural network models for energy forecasting. Previously, as a Lead Grid Analyst, Masoud developed predictive analytics modules and optimized energy management systems. They hold multiple degrees, including a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and additional doctoral studies at Toronto Metropolitan University. An IEEE Senior Member, Masoud's expertise spans various platforms and tools, further enhancing their contributions to the energy sector.
