Mike Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike started their career at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Project Manager and Financial Analyst from 1991 to 1997. Mike then moved on to Resources Trust Company, where they were a Manager for Customer Service and Marketing Initiatives from 1997 to 1999. Following that, Mike joined Comcast Cable Communications in 2000 as a Director for Advanced Broadband Platform Services. Mike worked there until 2002 and was responsible for developing corporate standards, field tools, and technology trials. Mike then returned to Comcast in 1999 as a Senior Director for Cross Platform Hardware and Critical Facility Implementation. Mike held multiple roles within Comcast, including Director for Implementation and Deployment in National Engineering and Technical Operations. In these positions, they oversaw critical facility build and operational support, migration and integration projects, and deployment of new headends and central offices. Mike is currently a Vice President at EdgeConneX since 2017, where they collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer applications and enhance site upgrades.

Mike Adams has a diverse education history. Mike obtained a Certificate in Innovation & Breakthrough Thinking from Babson College, Babson Executive Education / Comcast in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Certification in Change & Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School / Comcast in 2009. In 1992, they completed their studies at the College for Financial Planning, where they obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planning Para Planner. Mike's undergraduate education was completed at Regis University from 1987 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion from LinkedIn in July 2020.
