Alexis Layne currently serves as the Senior Director of Design & Construction at EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alexis held the position of Geographical Construction Manager for Leased Data Centers at Meta from September 2021 to July 2023, managing teams responsible for construction across various locations. Previous experience includes a role as Construction Manager at Facebook, and Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ). Early in the career, Alexis worked as a Project Manager at DPR Construction. Academically, Alexis obtained a Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate Development from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
