Michael Green

Michael Green serves as General Counsel at Edged since March 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Counsel — Real Estate Investments & Securities at Koch Industries from January 2022 to March 2024. Prior to that, Michael was an Associate at JONES DAY® from September 2015 to January 2022 and started a career as a Leasing Representative at Hull Storey Gibson LLC from 2010 to 2012. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, earned in 2015, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, obtained in 2009.
