Maria Kovalevsky

Maria Kovalevsky has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maria started in 2007 as a Room Service Attendant at Hotel "Budapest". From there, they worked as a Sales/Marketing Manager at INFOFLOT Cruise company from April 2008 to December 2009. In 2010, they briefly served as a Tourism Manager at TD Unitours. In 2011, they became a Server at The Chefs' House and was later promoted to a Supervisor role at The Butler Did It from June 2013 to October 2015.

Starting in 2015, Maria worked as a Catering Manager at The Badminton and Racquet Club of Toronto, where they organized and managed various events, supervised staff, handled financial aspects, and ensured customer satisfaction. Following this, they transitioned to an Administrative Assistant role at 1Password from June 2017 to November 2021. In November 2021, they joined CTO.ai as a People and Ops Coordinator, responsible for coordinating people and operations activities. Most recently, they are currently employed at EdgeDB as an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager since February 2023.

Maria Kovalevsky has a diverse education history. Maria first attended George Brown College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Ontario College Diploma in Food and Beverage Management. Prior to that, they studied at the International Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism (MIGMT) from 2004 to 2008, earning a Diploma in Tourism Business Management.
