Edward Wu

Edward Wu has over 17 years of work experience in the technology industry. Edward started their career at International Rectifier in 2001 as a Marketing Engineer, where they developed a $5 million entrepreneurial marketing strategy and managed customer contract deals for power discrete semiconductors. In 2003, they joined Spansion LLC as a Strategic Marketing Manager, where they drove the overall product marketing and product line management for NOR flash memory product portfolio. In 2008, they moved to NetLogic Microsystems as a Sr. Product Marketing, where they were a founding product management team member and marketed X-Gene, a world's first ARM 64-bit server-on-a-chip solution. In 2011, they joined AppliedMicro as a Sr. Product Marketing, where they were responsible for executive presentations, platform messaging, corporate campaigns and outbound presentations associated with the market creation of X-Gene compute processor. In 2014, they moved to HGST, a Western Digital brand, as Market Development for Storage Markets & Solutions. In 2016, they joined Qualcomm as Director, Global Partnership/ Ecosystem Development/ Product Management. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at EdgeQ Inc. since 2018.

Edward Wu obtained two Masters degrees from Stanford University in Management and Materials Science & Engineering, respectively. Edward also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
