Prashanth Pai has over 25 years of work experience in the field of engineering and telecommunications. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Staff Engineer at EdgeQ Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Hardware Engineer-Sustenance at Brocade from 2014. Prashanth also served as a Senior Design Engineer-Hardware at Ordyn Technologies Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2013, and as a Project Lead at L&T Integrated Engineering Services from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Signal Networks Pvt Ltd from 2003 to 2010. Prashanth also gained experience as a Network Engineer at Supreme Telecom and as a Hardware Engineer at Kaveri Telecom Limited in the early 2000s. prashanth began their career as an Associate Engineer at Binfo Electronics Pvt Ltd in 1996.

Prashanth Pai studied at Vivekananda Polytechnic from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in BScIT with a field of study in Electronics and Communication (E&C).
