Ivan Grishkin

Ivan Grishkin's work experience demonstrates their expertise in the fields of information technology, automation, and business development.

Ivan is currently the Founder of GearEx, a deep tech IIoT startup that they founded in 2021.

Prior to that, they were the Founder and Business Development Director of Industrial Solutions Projects and Technologies, which they founded in 2016. During their time there, they developed and implemented the corporate business model, increased annual net profit, and developed and implemented the corporate strategy, business plan, and roadmap. Ivan also led a research and development digital laboratory focused on creating innovative digital solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Before founding Industrial Solutions Projects and Technologies, Ivan worked at an oil and gas major from 2015 to 2017 as the Head of Information Technology and Automation Department. Ivan was responsible for managing the department and overseeing the implementation of information technology and automation projects.

From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Salym Petroleum Development in various roles, including IM&T Manager (deputy) and Head of IT Technology/Enterprise Technology Architect. In these roles, they were accountable for delivering IT and telecom services, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, and developing the company's IT infrastructure. Ivan also led a focus group dedicated to HSSE planning and achieved 10 years of LTI-free operations.

Prior to that, Ivan worked at Shell as an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer, Sakhalin Energy as a Group Infrastructure Project Implementation engineer, and CSS International as an IT Engineer.

Ivan Grishkin obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Moscow State Technical University "MAMI" (Institute of Automobile Technology and Management) from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Galileo Master Certificate In Hydrogen Area from the Renewable Energy Institute - ECT in November 2021 and the Digital Transformation certification by BCG & University of Virginia on Coursera in June 2019. Ivan has also acquired multiple knowledge assessments in areas such as ALARP, DEM1 and DEM2, DEPs and EFAs, and the Discipline Control and Assurance Framework (DCAF) from Shell in 2015. Other certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Advanced Safety Audit, Strategic Thinking and Decision Making, Finance for non-Financials, Front Line Leaders Program, Project Delivery Framework, Effetive Team Management, Operational Management Skills, Influencing Skills, and Effective Management Communication from various institutions and training programs between 2008 and 2015.
