Joe Stradinger

Joe Stradinger is the founder and CEO of EdgeTheory. Joe has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on destination markets and fractional deeded ownership. Prior to EdgeTheory, Joe was a consultant for Viking Range Corporation, where they developed and executed their digital and social media strategy. Joe also owned and operated two successful real estate companies, Stradinger Investments, LLC and Stradway, LLC. In addition to their work in real estate, Joe also served on the board of Holland 1916. Joe is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.

Joe Stradinger received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mississippi College. Joe is a Colson Fellow from the Colson Center for Christian Worldview and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
