Marco Cabral serves as the NOC Manager at EdgeUno since February 2021, bringing extensive experience from Algar Telecom, where responsibilities spanned from August 2010 to February 2021 in various operational and engineering roles. At Algar Telecom, Marco held positions including Analista de Engenharia e Planejamento TIC, responsible for planning and implementing technology projects, and several roles in Operations Management, where expertise in team management and project administration for operational support tools was developed. Marco possesses a strong technical background, having managed multidisciplinary monitoring teams and handled various telecommunications infrastructure components. Education includes an MBA in Strategic People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Faculdade Politécnica de Uberlândia.
