Alex Rochira

Alex Rochira has a comprehensive work experience starting from 2016. In 2016, Alex participated in the IBM Business Innovation Programme, where they worked on a real-life business issue for a client and provided recommendations and solutions. In 2017, Alex worked as an Underwriting Analyst at Barclaycard, where they monitored and assessed credit applications for iPhones, identified fraudulent details, and collaborated with the fraud team. Later in 2017, Alex joined Alcumus as a Renewals Advisor, responsible for renewing customer subscriptions and engaging in telesales activities. In 2018, Alex joined GlobalData Plc as a Business Development Executive, where they translated data into business insights for the Travel and Tourism Intelligence Center. At GlobalData, Alex also worked as a Business Development Manager for the SportCal division, delivering sports analysis and insight to clients. In 2021, Alex joined 4way Solutions as a Service Desk Analyst and later became a Service Desk Team Leader. Currently, Alex is working for Edgify as a Pre-Sales Engineer.

Alex Rochira attended the University of Southampton from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (2:1) degree in Physical Geography. Additionally, Alex obtained certifications in CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA, with the latter being obtained in January 2021.
