Danielle Tate

Danielle Tate is a Talent Equity Consulting Associate at Edgility Consulting. Danielle has also worked as an Expanded Impact Teacher 2 at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2014 to October 2021. In this role, they led a team of 3 people to plan and synthesize quantitative and qualitative student data to organize into data-driven, inquiry-to-impact, and interdisciplinary projects and a series of unit plans. Danielle has also served as a leader on the sustainability team to plan and engage in communal relationships between family neighborhoods and the school. Danielle has demonstrated proficiency in computer and reporting skills using Zoom, Google, Microsoft, and outlook applications, while working onsite or in a remote setting during the pandemic, as well as using a variety of other modern technology platforms. Danielle has also lead Professional Development for the whole school staff and served as a model classroom for other teachers to observe.

Danielle Tate has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Danielle is also certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
