Andrew Stepikov is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at both Solara6 and Edgio, Andrew has a strong track record in overseeing engineering teams, managing recruitment, and enhancing project support and client communication since September 2018. Previous roles include Architect and Manager at Softesis Inc., where Andrew focused on banking app frameworks, and Lead Developer/Engineering Manager at Moovweb, where Andrew built React/Redux applications from scratch. Andrew's technical expertise spans multiple companies and technologies, including JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and Node.js, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy.
