Tim Schigel is a seasoned venture capitalist currently serving as Managing Partner at Refinery Ventures since January 2017. As a Co-Founder of the Great Lakes Venture Capital Association since August 2024, Tim fosters collaboration among managing and general partners in the venture capital community. In addition to investment roles at Vantage Robotics and Edgybees, Tim holds board memberships at RedCircle, StoryTap, TealBook, and Folio Photonics, among others. Tim's advisory contributions extend to Fondaco SGR S.p.A. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 1985 and 1989.
