Andy Oliver

Andy Oliver has a strong background in technical recruiting. Andy started their career in 1997 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at AEROTEK-ONSITE COMPANY where they were responsible for recruiting regionally for environmental and engineering positions. In 1999, they joined EDI Specialists, Inc. as the Technical Recruiting Director. In this role, Andy managed a team and oversaw permanent and short-term staffing in various areas such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), and IT consulting. Their expertise in recruiting and extensive industry knowledge have contributed to their success in these positions.

Andy Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1993 to 1997.
