Edify is an investment company, set up as an industrial holding company, established at the end of 2014 as a spin-off of the investment business unit of Somfy Group.

Edify’s portfolio is made up of 9 companies (7 of which are former family businesses) located in France, Switzerland and Spain.

Edify invests its own capital and therefore has no constraints regarding its investment timeframe. Edify aims to foster the ambition of its portfolio companies to ensure their sustainable growth.

Edify favours two types of investment: in medium-sized companies with the aim of supporting their long-term growth, and in smaller companies at key stages in their development.
