Luísa Moraes

Luísa Moraes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Mid-Level HR Analyst and Business Partner at Liv Up since January 2022, Luísa provides technical support to internal clients and manages the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles. Previous roles include working at Pagar.me as a Mid-Level HR Analyst, where Luísa focused on operational support and employee performance evaluation, and at OSM Maritime Group as a Junior HR Analyst, responsible for recruitment processes and social responsibility initiatives. Luísa began their career at Subsea 7 as an HR assistant and intern, managing diversity programs and recruitment efforts. Luísa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UERJ and completed a High Advanced English program at ILAC.
