Federico Hess

Federico Hess is the Partner and CEO of Edify Software Consulting, a position held since June 2010, where responsibilities include providing executive leadership and strategic direction in areas such as mission and vision planning, sales and marketing, contract negotiations, and financial planning. Previously, Federico served as a Partner and Software Architect at Edify, coordinating lead tracking and consulting on software design and architecture. Prior experience includes being a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Roundbox Global from March 2006 to May 2010, managing high-profile projects in the educational technology sector. Federico holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution, earned in 2005.
