Javier Camacho

Javier Camacho is a Senior Developer at Edify Software Consulting since June 2012, specializing in the development of education-focused systems with expertise in Java, Ruby on Rails, and PHP, alongside front-end technologies such as Ember, AngularJS, and React. Prior to this role, Javier worked as a freelance developer from July 2010 to May 2012, creating PHP websites predominantly with the Symfony framework and managing existing sites. As a Web Developer at Event By Wire from May 2008 to May 2010, Javier successfully transitioned legacy ASP.NET sites to PHP and maintained C# desktop applications. From January 2007 to April 2008, Javier served as a Business Intelligence Consultant at CODISA Software Corp, where responsibilities included setting up and maintaining business intelligence environments for major companies. Javier began a career as a Dotnet Developer at Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social from January 2006 to January 2007, developing medical software while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2004 to 2007.
