Ed Barry

Ed Barry is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with a diverse background in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing. As the Founder of Edify Systems since January 2022, Ed has previously served as Director at OVER UNDER, where a successful chain of coffee shops was built and sold within five years. Earlier experience includes working as an M&A Analyst at BDA Partners, where Ed specialized in valuation methodologies for corporate transactions. Additional roles span marketing, tour guiding, and internships in the retail and financial sectors, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Ed has also passed Level 1 of the CFA exam.
