Ruby Ru

Ruby Ru has extensive work experience in human resources. Ruby started their career at Glanbia Nutritionals in 2011 as the APAC HR Director and worked there until 2019. Ruby then joined JW Therapeutics as the Human Resources Director from November 2019 to December 2020. After that, they moved on to EdiGene Inc. where they currently hold the position of Head of Human Resources since December 2020. In addition, Ruby Ru worked as an Industrial Advisor at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at XJTLU from May 2017 to January 2021.

Ruby Ru completed their MBA degree in 2017 from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, with a field of study in MBA. Ruby then pursued further education at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, where they obtained a Doctor of Economics degree in Finance and Economics. Ruby completed their doctorate from 2020 to 2024. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained two certifications: the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Emeritus in November 2022, and the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Wharton Executive Education, also in November 2022.
