Edilinvest is a boutique strategic advisory firm specializing in high-level business strategy, international development, and organizational transformation.

Co-founded by Barbara Pisani and Ilario Maiolo, Edilinvest supports companies, institutions, and decision-makers navigating complex environments, growth phases, cross-border initiatives, and pivotal moments of strategic transition.

Our approach combines clarity, discretion, and hands-on expertise. We work closely with our partners to structure ideas, refine positioning, unlock opportunities, and build resilient frameworks that support long-term value creation.

Edilinvest’s areas of intervention include strategic advisory, business development, restructuring and optimization, international expansion, export strategy, and high-level public relations and political strategy (non-lobbying). We are also selectively involved in strategic investments aligned with our expertise and long-term vision, in Canada and internationally.

With experience spanning multiple sectors and jurisdictions, Edilinvest acts as a trusted strategic partner, bridging vision and execution, aligning stakeholders, and bringing structure to complexity.

Our work is guided by rigor, integrity, and a deep understanding of both institutional and entrepreneurial realities.
