William Petit

William Petit is a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in the development and maintenance of software components for the higher education sector. Since May 2012, William has been part of the Bibliographic and Multimedia team at EDINA, focusing on the efficient delivery of national services for students, teachers, and researchers. Prior to this role, from December 2006 to April 2011, William worked at Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining diagnostic test software and providing application support to engineering teams. William holds a Master’s degree in Distributed and Multimedia Information Systems from Heriot-Watt University and an Honours degree in Computer Science from Edinburgh Napier University.
