Mark Rettig

Mark co-founded EduTrax in 2000 and served as the President, CEO and Chief Technology Officer for the past 18 years. With the recent acquisition of EduTrax, Education Incites is strengthened by Mark’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of application and database development, project management and client delivery. Mark will continue to ensure the success of the existing EduTrax client base and support transition to the new Incite Assessment platform.

As a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Mark entered the public sector as a computer programmer for a metropolitan county government and quickly advanced into senior management roles. He entered the K-12 education arena when he took a position as the manager for a district’s programming and computer operations staff. Over the next ten years he progressed into higher levels of responsibility within the district until he decided to pursue his passion of designing and implementing technology-based decision support software for K-12 school systems and formed EduTrax.
