Forrest Shields

Forrest Shields is an experienced DevOps Engineering Manager at Edisen since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing an international DevOps team and maintaining a robust infrastructure across various environments. Prior to this, Forrest served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Edisen, specializing in automated CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure management. Previous roles include Systems Operations Engineer and Web Operations Engineer at PGi, focusing on deployment automation and server management, as well as ownership of iServices.com, LLC and FCS Data Services, dealing with e-commerce and technology services. Additionally, Forrest held the role of Director of Infrastructure & Technology at Silver Key Senior Services, overseeing technology operations and budget management. Forrest Shields holds a BS in Information Systems from Elmhurst University and an AA in Liberal Arts from Oakton College.
