James Armstrong

James Armstrong, C.E.T., is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and building surveying, currently serving as Principal and Shareholder at Edison Engineers since July 2021. Previously, James held various roles including Project Manager at Edison Engineers Inc., Building Conditions Analyst at the Region of Peel, and Project Manager at Halsall Associates. James commenced a career as Principal Building Surveyor with Southwark Council and served as Associate Director at Savills. Early career experience also includes a position as Graduate Surveyor at Morgan Grenfell Laurie. Academically, James holds an Executive MBA from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University and a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich.
