Roberta Canazza

Roberta Canazza has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Edison Next since November 2016. Prior to this role, Roberta worked at FENICE from January 2003 to November 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing skills, performances, talents, HR group policies, and internal communication. Roberta's career at FENICE spanned several positions focused on organizational development, selection, training, and international mobility. Earlier experience includes a specialization in training and internal communication at FENICE and roles in project management and environmental technical work at FISIA from 1992 to 1999. Roberta holds a degree in Environmental Biology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
